Registering ensembles in Fantasy Pageantry Arts is pretty straight forward.
It may seem like a long process by it is not in the long run. We try to make is as a "one and done" idea. If you return for subsequent seasons we will require some minor information about your returning ensembles, but nothing extreme. There are two forms to fill out: one for outdoor and one for indoor.
REGISTRATION REMINDERS - OUTDOOR
-- Though there are four classifications virtual directors are allowed no more than three in each circuit. No two ensembles may be in the same classification.
-- Registration will remain open once the competition season started, however ensembles registered after the Regional week of the season (Week 5 for Outdoor, Week 3 for Indoor) will not be eligible for post-season competition except for a first round exhibition performance.
-- Difficulty. Difficulty levels will remain static each season. Lower level difficulty might mean higher score gains at the early parts of the season and lower gains at the late parts of the season. The opposite can be said if higher difficulty levels apply. Difficulty levels range from one (1) to five (5) with 1 being the easiest and 5 being the hardest.
-- Foreign ensembles (from outside the United States) ARE ALLOWED.
REGISTRATION REMINDERS - INDOOR
-- You will have the ability to indicate which ensemble is in what division, but not what class. FPA Administration will determine the class of the respective ensemble each season.
-- Registration will remain open once the competition season started, however ensembles registered after the Regional week of the season (Week 5 for Outdoor, Week 3 for Indoor) will not be eligible for post-season competition except for a first round exhibition performance.
