Fantasy Pageantry Arts are home to five virtual competitive circuits:

Marching Band, Drum Corps, Color Guard, Percussion, and Winds.

Marching Band and Drum Corps comprise the Outdoor Circuit season while Color Guard, Percussion, and Winds comprise the Indoor Circuit season.  Fantasy Pageantry Arts does not run all of the circuits at the same time, thus the two different seasons.  Each of these seasons are done on a rotating basis.

Each virtual director is in control of their ensembles through varying means.

For the Outdoor Circuit seasons directors are allowed a maximum of six ensembles (3 Marching Bands + 3 Drum Corps).  However no two ensembles are allowed to participate in the same classification.

For the Indoor Circuit seasons directors are allowed a maximum of six ensembles (2 Color Guard, 2 Percussion, and 2 Winds).  Each ensemble will be placed in their own division and classification is determined by the FPA Administration.

The first thing that must be done is register your ensembles. Click HERE to register.  Registering your ensembles will cover both your Indoor and Outdoor ensembles.  Directors will be required to register their ensembles each season.  However, a separate form will be worked on for returning directors that will be shorter in length.

Registration for the upcoming seasons starts approximately at week 8 of the outdoor circuit seasons or week 6 of the indoor circuit seasons.  Directors will be asked any and all of the circuits they would like to join for the season as well as information about the ensembles that they are entering.  You will also be asked the for your username that you registered with.

For each and every unit that you register with you will be asked the following: number of members in the ensemble, what class they are going to participate in, home location of the ensemble, music difficulty level, and visual difficulty level.

This classification chart is a general idea of where we would like ensembles to be placed in.  However, should there not be a balanced number of ensembles in each classification the FPA staff reserves the right to move ensembles to a new classification.  Should this happen, directors will be notified and we will work with them on adjusting their registration.  Also, we will keep in mind of the rule of directors not having more than one ensemble in any competitive classification.  We will strive to do this as little as possible.
